Dr. Reddy is a smart outstanding doctor. She was very thorough, and I am fortunate she is my endocrinologist. Her staff is very friendly and outstanding also.

Every member of this office staff and medical team treated me with a friendly attitude, kindness and respect. All employees work in a cooperative manner, thereby ensuring a well-functioning workplace. I’m very grateful for their support, and personal attention. I would highly recommend the Diabetes and Endocrinology Center.

When I shared on Facebook that I was going to this office for an appointment to get my health together I had so many people respond back that they loved the doctors and staff there. I would totally agree after my visit. The doctor went over everything and a month later I can tell you things are already changing for the better. I love the staff too. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Reddy on my first office visit with her yesterday and I feel blessed that is she is now my doctor. She made me feel so comfortable and explained extensively how she wanted to proceed with my treatment. It is rare to trust a doctor from the first visit but she is so knowledgeable and compassionate, it was easy. I am a type 1 already on the pump but her plans for me will help me stay healthy and I so look forward to working with her on my diabetes and learning from her. I have been attending DECO for many years and I have always found the doctors to be kind, compassionate, and patient, even when I am not following instructions as a patient (T2D) should. I have never been belittled or chided when I fall short of good diabetes management, instead, I am always treated like a partner and the primary stakeholder in my healthcare. Dr. Reddy is one of the best Dr's on my healthcare team. She has taken as much as an hour to learn about my concerns and how she can help me to better managed my diabetes. And she quickly answers emails! Dr. Reddy and staff have been true educators and provided me with new and innovative tools to manage my diabetes and my numbers have greatly improved. I would recommend her and the staff to anyone!
